FABRICATION AND ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF NANO COMPOSITES INCORPORATING COBALT OXIDE , NICKEL OXIDE AND THE EFFECT OF NANOMATERIAL'S WITH CURCUMA LONGA EXTRACT ON INHIBITING BACTERIAL GROWTH
Objectives: This research aims to manufacture and characterize green synthesis, cobalt oxide nanoparticles, Aloe vera extract plant, and turmeric plant Curcuma longa,.Its characteristics are based on the first and second approaches. MethodologyThe outcomes indicate that NPs existed nano-sized having decent features, consistent with the XRD test. The analysis showed the presence of nanomaterial 19 (111), 31 (220), 45 (400), 59 (511), 65 (440), 79 (622).As for the SEM examination, which is an examination of Nanostructure, such test has morphological features and finding the nanoparticle's sizes. All shapes are rocky or corky; their dimensions are 25nm, individually spherical, 1.0nm-10nm, and grouped, not exceeding 100nm-150nm, according to the TEM examination, which is a nanoparticle examination. In contrast, the UV examination tests both absorption and permeability coefficients to compute the energy interruption. For the same time, FT-IR is a test for examining and selecting effective chemical bonds. The gap for 236-800nm energy value is 3.5 ev.maintains oxide as nanomaterials. Results Extract of the Aloe vera plant including cobalt chloride effects hindering the development of the Ps.aeruginosa and S. aureus (pathogenic bacteria), per proportions of inhibition diameters, where such rates were 35, 35, 45, 35, 37, 47, 35, 37, and 47 mm respectively. It is clear as the second method solution, NT2 shown comparable efficacy in combating both kinds of bacteria. It is noted that the solution of NT7, which is nickel chloride with turmeric, has a practical inhibitory effect on bacterial growth. The diameter of the inhibition zone is 8, 24, 28, 14, 18, and 22 mm.Recommendations: It can be used as a treatment against bacterial species that have multiple resistance to antibiotics in skin infections caused by burns.
