PHYSIOLOGICAL ROLE ASPROSIN HORMONE AMONG MALE AND FEMALE PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES IN SALAH AL-DIN GOVERNORATE

This research was conducted on patients with hypertension and diabetes of both sexes. The study included (42) individuals who were divided into (4) groups. The first group consisted of 15 male patients with hypertension and diabetes, the second group consisted of 6 healthy males as a control group, the third group consisted of 15 female patients with hypertension and diabetes, and the fourth group consisted of 6 healthy females as a control group.Blood samples were collected from patients and healthy individuals, and the serum was then separated for subsequent examinations. This research aims to further clarify the effect of the hormone aspirin in patients with hypertension and diabetes. The results showed the inhibitory effect of this hormone and its effective effect in reducing the spread and exacerbation of the disease, and that a decrease in its value below the normal limit leads to increased risks associated with hypertension and diabetes, such as vascular occlusion, heart failure, and kidney failure.
