study the effect, of aqueous-extract of.cardamom plant on, liver histology in diabetic.Malealbino rat.Thirty mal white rat were.used.After diabetes Induction, the animals were Divided as follow:They were, divide into three, group: 1-The.first group, was-given physiological saline solution for 60 days.2-The, second group-was.Treated, wit alloxan, at, a dose. of -150 mg/kg subcutaneously 3-The third group: diabetic animals were.treated, with -aqueous extract of, cardamom at, a concentration of 200 mg-kg for 60 days.after which the animals were killed and the liver was removed to determine the histological changes.sections were taken and the changes that occurred and the level of sugar decrease after treatment with the extract were studied.
