PARANEOPLASTIC CEREBELLAR DEGENERATION
This article considers a rather rare syndrome that is difficult to diagnose both as a separate paraneoplastic syndrome and as a consequence of an oncological disease. The development of pathological homeostasis at the molecular level does not allow us to fully assess the clinical picture, while pathological homeostasis begins to have a systemic effect on the body. As a result of the systemic influence, paraneoplastic syndromes begin to develop. It should be remembered that paraneoplastic syndromes can manifest several months before the manifestation of a tumour, and such an onset is characteristic of a whole group of cerebellar diseases, which leads to additional difficulties in diagnosis.
