Implementation of Electronic Building Use Rights Certificates at the National Land Agency

This research aims to analyze the implementation of electronic certificates for land rights at the National Land Agency (BPN) of North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The research method employed is normative-empirical, which includes a study to identify existing laws and an evaluation of the effectiveness of these laws. The methodological approaches utilized are conceptual, legislative, and socio-legal. The types of data gathered include primary and secondary data, collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Analysis of the data used that is descriptive-analytical, whereas the technique withdrawal conclusion uses an inductive method.
