Baclofen-induced pancreatitis

Given the patient's presentation following baclofen initiation and absence of other identifiable causes, this case suggests a probable association between baclofen and acute pancreatitis.Physicians should recognize the potential of baclofen to cause this inflammation when prescribing it and consider it as a differential diagnosis in cases of unexplained acute pancreatitis.
