Simulation study on static comfort of ejection seat based on human factors engineering
As the most important protective and life-saving equipment, the comfort of the ejection seat is closely related to the flight safety of the aircraft and the driving efficiency of the pilot. On the basis of constructing a three-dimensional human body model of male fighter pilots in China and conducting layout calculations in the early stage, in order to verify the effectiveness and comfort of the layout calculation results, this paper establishes a static comfort simulation platform for ejection seats based on JACK, simulates the sitting posture and working state of pilots in this environment, and then uses joint coordinate transformation to calculate the layout of the cockpit control mechanism in the platform according to the human riding comfort criteria, obtaining the control layout under a comfortable sitting posture that conforms to human factors engineering. Based on the human factors engineering analysis and simulation of cockpit control results using JACK software, the comfort of ejection seats is verified.
