Design of gripper remote operation based on NearLink and HiSilicon MCU
The operation of industrial electric grippers is limited by the short communication distance, which makes it difficult to remotely and accurately control the grippers in real time. This paper studies the remote control of electric grippers and designs a remote control system based on the mechanical structure of traditional electric grippers combined with NearLink communication technology and HiSilicon MCU. The working principle of the gripper is analyzed and a dual closed-loop control system for the speed and position of a brushless DC motor is proposed, so that the current loop and speed loop of the DC motor have excellent dynamic and static characteristics. The experimental results show that the NearLink communication part has the characteristics of low latency, high reliability, and multi-concurrency. In addition, the system can remotely control the gripper stably, accurately, and quickly, which can improve the production efficiency of the gripper.
