Research and selection of key components for multicomponent gas monitoring systems based on photoacoustic spectroscopy technology
This article introduces a multi-component gas monitoring system based on photoacoustic spectroscopy technology, which has advantages such as high detection sensitivity and real-time monitoring compared to traditional detection methods. Firstly, the basic principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy, including gas infrared absorption spectroscopy and photoacoustic effect, is introduced. Then, the key components of the photoacoustic spectroscopy system were selected, and the absorption spectral characteristics of different gases and the performance of optical filters were studied to select the optimal filter combination for multi-component gas monitoring. A multi-component gas monitoring system based on photoacoustic spectroscopy was built, and the technical parameters such as monitoring range and accuracy were determined, providing technical support for subsequent multi-component gas monitoring.
