Modular design and simulation analysis of key components of anchor drilling machines for transmission lines in mountainous region
The development of a compact, lightweight, easily assembled and operated modular anchor drill can effectively address the challenge of transporting transmission line construction equipment and achieve mechanized construction and efficiency in mountainous areas for transmission line foundations. In response to the requirements for miniaturized, lightweight, and modular construction equipment in mountainous regions, an innovative set of modular bolting rigs specifically designed for rock bolting foundation construction of transmission lines is developed with key components being simulated and optimized. Through bit simulation analysis, it is revealed that the rock breaking efficiency of the bit is influenced by both its own rotary speed and piston impact speed. Consequently, a detachable bolt drill module suitable for foundation construction of transmission lines in mountainous areas has been developed, providing a novel design approach for rock bolt construction equipment used in such terrains.
