Design of conveyor belt structure of new cleaning vehicle based on Adams motion simulation
Through Adams simulation, the motor speed is accurately controlled, and the cleaning vehicle can stably transport materials, while the human-machine interface supports manual and automatic path planning mode switching, enhancing the flexibility of operation. The main innovations of the system include modular design for easy maintenance and expansion; Omnidirectional transport capacity, breaking the limitation of traditional one-way transport; Touch screen control, providing intuitive operation interface; And multi-mode selection to meet different operational requirements. These innovations give the system significant advantages in terms of processing speed and automatic recognition. Machine vision technology is excellent at improving sorting efficiency, but its adaptability in complex environments needs to be further improved. Iot technology enhances remote monitoring capabilities, but faces challenges in data security and system stability. McNamum wheel conveyor belts improve sorting efficiency, but still need to be optimized for different environments. The combination of these technologies indicates the development potential and application prospect of the clean vehicle rapid transfer system in the future.
