Research on inverter fan fouling faults diagnosis based on SVM
With the widespread adoption of variable frequency speed control technology, inverters are extensively used to drive large mechanical equipment such as pumps, fans, and compressors. However, various faults can easily occur during actual operation, making it essential to conduct in-depth research on diagnostic methods for these faults. This manuscript first conducted an experiment on fan fouling faults in inverters, identified key characteristic parameters, and established a fault diagnosis model using a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model to diagnose fan fouling faults. The diagnostic results indicate that the SVM model provides effective diagnosis for fan fouling faults.
