Modeling of human hand motion based on a radar gesture recognition application

In view of the current situation of the lack of theoretical model of the human hand target radar echo, this paper combines the motion characteristics of human hand physiology, and simplifies the human hand into a composite motion target of rigid body structure. It studies the motion modeling of finger knuckling, completes the target radar echo modeling under the bending track by the echo compound superposition, and provides guidance and verification for the subsequent radar gesture design, measured data processing and feature extraction.

Abstract

In view of the current situation of the lack of theoretical model of the human hand target radar echo, this paper combines the motion characteristics of human hand physiology, and simplifies the human hand into a composite motion target of rigid body structure. It studies the motion modeling of finger knuckling, completes the target radar echo modeling under the bending track by the echo compound superposition, and provides guidance and verification for the subsequent radar gesture design, measured data processing and feature extraction.
