Research on resistivity model of electric explosion bridge foil suitable for low-voltage excitation
Exploding bridge foils are critical components in energetic chips, with their conductivity being a key parameter during the explosion process. Building on a comprehensive understanding of the metal foil's phase transition, ionization process, and the impact of circuit parameters on resistivity, a resistance model suitable for low-voltage excitation conditions has been developed. This model is based on the FIRESET and Tucker models, and it integrates optimizations from the Saha and Spitzer equations. Compared to existing models, this new model more accurately describes the changes in resistivity during the ionization phase of the metal foil's explosion and significantly improves the overall trend prediction of resistivity changes during the exploding process.
