Influence of blade perforation on noise performance of axial cooling fan
Aiming at the problem of excessive fan noise caused by axial flow cooling fan rotation, blade structure was taken as the research object, and the blade was perforated. Use Fluent to simulate the acoustic performance of the fan with perforated blade structure, and research the influence of perforated blade on the noise of the fan. The simulation results show that compared with the original fan model 1, the model 2 with perforated structure can effectively reduce the sound pressure level by about 9.57dB, improve the noise performance by about 30%, and increase the air volume by about 4.4%.
