Research on laser beam wavefront correction technology based on Fienup algorithm
Due to the thermal distortion in the laser resonator, the non-uniform distribution of the gain medium and the imbalance of the resonator, the quality of the laser output beam is greatly reduced. Therefore, the beam needs to be corrected. Compared with the traditional optical correction system, this paper proposes an improved algorithm based on Fienup iterative algorithm. Through the wavefront slopes, the phase distortion information is reconstructed. Zernike polynomial coefficient is used with the traditional Fienup iterative algorithm. And the plane phase is taken as the target for iterative restoration to improve the performance of optical imaging systems. The results show that the system can adjust the phase and amplitude distribution of the beam and correct the wavefront of the distorted beam.
