Study on the damage effect of the external components of typical armored vehicles under ballistic impact load

In order to study the damage effect of typical armored vehicle exterior components under ballistic impact load, it is used to simulate the damage process of LS-DYNA. In order to obtain the influence law of strong impact load on the external components of typical armored vehicles, the kinetic energy bomb and armored vehicle model are established for simulation, and the damage effect of typical armored vehicles under strong impact overload is analyzed. The results show that during the impact process, the fuel tank and view are safer, the failure probability is small, and the gun pipe has a certain safety risk.By analyzing the number of fragments in the fragment field formed by the first armored center of the T90, it can be determined that the scattered fragments are likely to penetrate the glass structure of the viewing part. The remaining parts are armored steel, and the track and wheel structure have no damage risk.
