Optimized design of the base structure of a transmitter

The design of the launch device base is mostly based on past structures and experiences. In order to solve the problem of stiffness and strength of the launch device base caused by launch loads, a structural optimization design method and idea for the launch device base have been proposed. Considering the dynamic effect of launch loads on the launch device base, finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the launch device base. Based on the analysis results, OptiStruct topology optimization is carried out with the goal of minimizing the mass of the launch device base. A new geometric model of the launch device base is constructed based on the topology optimization results. The results showed that the deformation of the optimized launch base decreased by 0.336mm, the weight decreased by 63.48kg, the stress distribution was more uniform, and the stress under the maximum stress condition was significantly reduced, with a maximum reduction of 291.8Mpa.
