Study on accelerated life model of weak components of electronic fuze under multiple stresses
The paper presents the life distribution law of an electronic time fuze under the sea island environment, studies the influence factors of the weak parts of the fuze and the location of the weak parts of the fuze. The weak parts of the fuze are initially screened out through the working principle of the fuze, and the environmental factors that affect the reliability of the fuze storage in the sea island environment are analyzed. An accelerated test is designed according to the sensitive environmental stress of the fuze to verify the location of the weak parts of the fuze. A multi-stress acceleration model combining corrosion kinetics model and Peck model is proposed, and the unknown parameters of the model are estimated by the accelerated test results, thereby obtaining the life distribution law of the fuze. Finally, the fuze lifetime in the sea island storage environment is predicted by the acceleration model. The constant temperature, humidity and salt spray accelerated test results are used to accelerate the results, and the weak parts of the fuze are identified as the electronic switching devices in the circuit and the time setting ring. The life distribution law of the fuze obeys the Weibull distribution function. The acceleration model combining the corrosion kinetics and humidity acceleration model can predict the storage life of the fuze in the sea island environment to be 10.13a with a prediction accuracy of 1.3%. The multi-stress accelerated test is more consistent with the actual storage environment of fuze, and the acceleration model based on wet thermal stress and salt spray stress can accurately predict the storage life of fuze under the influence of multi-stress in island environment.
