Segmental model design and inspection for performance testing of anti-skid wear-resistant layer on new composite box girder bridge
In order to meet the needs of the design and testing of the anti-skid wear-resistant layer of a new composite box structure bridge, a segment model with similar force characteristics to that of the new composite box structure bridge is designed by adjusting the span of the segment model and the size of the bottom longitudinal beam through the finite-element numerical simulation method, which is used as an alternative to the anti-skid wear-resistant layer performance test experiments on a real bridge and the performance tests under equivalent wheel loads are carried out on the designed segment model. performance test under equivalent wheel load. Numerical simulation and test results show that: the experimentally measured stress state of the segmental model and the finite element numerical simulation of the stress state of the segmental model, the stress state of the actual bridge deck plate are basically the same, and the flexure-span ratio of the segmental model and the flexure-span ratio of the actual bridge are also basically the same, so the segmental model designed in this paper can approximately reflect the stress situation of the actual bridge deck plate with the antiskid and abrasion-resistant layer attached to it, and it can be used to replace the costly antiskid and abrasion-resistant experiment with the segmental model. Anti-slip and wear-resistant experiments can be used to replace the high cost, the preliminary design stage is not yet possible to realize the whole bridge anti-slip and wear-resistant experiments.
