Design of non-powered sliding stacking mechanism for multichannel cigarette products
At present, cigarette packaging production units use chain plate conveying for the transportation of conventional cigarette strips. In order to better transport the cigarette strips from the packaging equipment to the packaging equipment, it is necessary to convert them horizontally or vertically during the transportation process. Traditional horizontal or vertical conversion is mostly achieved by external power mechanisms, which require high reliability of the power mechanisms and have an uncontrollable service life. This article designs a multi-channel cigarette product non powered sliding stacking mechanism, which overcomes the problems of frequent action, loud noise, and short service life of external power mechanisms by using non powered sliding. Make the flipping of cigarette strips smoother and more reliable, while reducing workshop production noise and improving the production environment. In addition, the multi-channel design achieves one-to-one correspondence between the cigarette packaging equipment and the packaging equipment, ensuring that the cigarette products in the same box come from the same cigarette packaging equipment, greatly reducing the workload of cigarette product quality traceability. Through the design, installation, and debugging of a multi-channel cigarette product non powered sliding stacking mechanism, a 7-piece/min sealing box process has been successfully achieved, which matches the production cycle of roll packaging well and maximizes the production balance rate of roll packaging equipment and packaging machine equipment in the cigarette manufacturing department.
