STUDY THE EFFECT OF THE PARAMETER C ON THE SPIN CORRECTED PREEQUILIBRIUM PARTIAL LEVEL DENSITY FORMULA

This work presents a comparison of experimental data of level density 56Fe isotope with the theoretical partial level density PLD, which is the level density produced when some nucleons in the nucleus are stimulated in the pre-equilibrium period of nuclear processes..In preequilibrium region the PLD is given in Ericson's formula and a number of formulae based on Ericson's formula with ad corrections to it, In this study the PLD corrected for spin are used. The comparison was made using different values of the parameters C (which was calculated from experimental data by different researchers) in theoretical formula and with each value of C two values of exciton number have been used n=5 and n=7.It is noticed the theoretical curve behavior stay without noticeable changing with the different values of C, therefore, we conclude the PLD values from the spin corrected PLD Ericson s formula doesn't affectedby changing the C parameter and exciton number.
