REMOVAL OF STINKING COMPOUNDS IN THE MEAT INDUSTRY
The issue of guaranteeing the safety of individuals and biological populations in residential and business environments is garnering significant attention. This pertains to both residential and commercial properties. The environment in which individuals work and the organisms present can precipitate conditions such as Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), allergies, and sometimes mycotic lung infections. Meat industry firms release pollutants due to the technical processes of producing animal-derived raw materials. These emissions are harmful to the environment. A characteristic of these emissions is the airborne malodorous chemical compounds due to their generation. Organic constituents furnish a nutrient medium for microorganisms, enhancing their capacity to increase in the atmosphere and to adhere and thrive on the surfaces of the materials comprising products and devices. Biofouling will ultimately lead to their biological extinction. This work examines environmental enhancement in the beef processing industry. This can be achieved by utilizing Teflex disinfectants, which eradicate pathogens while concurrently diminishing the release of malodorous substances into the workplace atmosphere. Teflex exhibits a bactericidal action due to the capacity of guanidine derivatives to adhere to bacterial cell walls and membranes, infiltrating the cell nucleus, and blocking cellular enzymes. This imparts antibacterial characteristics to Teflex. The subsequent procedures can be employed to determine the activity of hydrogen ions and the mass fraction of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride in a specific preparation. An inquiry has been undertaken about the feasibility of creating a device that disperses a disinfectant solution throughout rooms using a Quasar-style sprayer in conjunction with a Clean Air system. This would enhance current methodologies. This technology will be implemented in hospitals and various healthcare
