Research on online monitoring system of transformer oil storage tank based on ultrasonic technology
This research is centered on the application of ultrasonic technology for the online monitoring of transformer oil storage tank levels, a critical aspect in ensuring the reliable operation of power systems. The oil level within a transformer's storage tank serves as a pivotal parameter, as deviations from the normal range can precipitate a cascade of operational anomalies and inflict severe damage upon the equipment infrastructure. Our proposed system, ingeniously engineered with ultrasonic techniques at its core, is meticulously designed to execute real-time, highly accurate monitoring of the oil level. By virtue of providing meticulously precise and instantaneously updated oil-level monitoring data, this research assumes a profound significance in fortifying the operational safety and optimizing the efficiency of power systems. It not only enables the preemptive detection of potential oil level fluctuations but also facilitates the implementation of timely corrective measures, thereby effectively mitigating the risks of catastrophic failures and minimizing unplanned downtime.
