Application of new noise reduction materials in natural gas residual pressure power generation

In order to study the noise reduction effect of particle plate, a new type of noise reduction material, the noise of residual pressure generator in two power stations was measured and the noise reduction effect of existing noise reduction measures was analyzed. The sound absorption coefficient of the sample and the weighted sound insulation of the module were made in the laboratory. The results show that the present noise reduction measures are effective, the noise reduction effect of the whole noise reduction measures can reach 28 db, the vertical incidence sound absorption coefficient of the glass wool increases rapidly, reaches 0.6 after 315 Hz, and the sound absorption coefficient of the glass wool increases rapidly, the sound absorption coefficient in high frequency band is high, and the vertical incidence sound absorption coefficient of particle board with cavity structure is above 0.6 at 250 ~ 1000 Hz, the 80mm metal module is the lowest, followed by the 100mm particle plate. After traffic noise correction, the 100mm particle plate module has the same sound insulation as the 150mm-thick metal module. The sound insulation capacity is 4DB higher than that of the metal module with 80mm thickness, and the particle board has the similar sound insulation capacity, and the material is environmental friendly, does not pollute the environment, and the maintenance cost is low.
