Test and application research of airborne insulator zero-value live detection device
Zero-value insulators on transmission lines will reduce the creepage distance and mechanical strength of phase-to-ground electricity, and long-term operation in outdoor environment will cause safety accidents such as flashover and string drop. The existing zero-value insulator detection methods are mainly based on manually carrying detection equipment to climb the tower to detect power failure, which has the problems of low efficiency and safety, heavy workload and questionable accuracy. In order to solve the technical problem of zero detection application, this paper adopts the idea of unmanned aerial vehicle carrying detection equipment for live zero detection. In order to do this, the zero-value detection environment of insulators was built in the laboratory. The voltage distribution of the whole string of 66kV insulators with normal strings and single-chip zero-value insulators at different positions was measured by distributed voltage measuring instrument and zero-value detection device respectively. The results show that the distribution voltage curves of normal string and zero string insulators are similar, and the corresponding relations of the curves under the two measurement methods are obtained through the test data. When there is a single piece of zero-value insulator in the insulator string, the distributed voltage of other pieces of insulators is higher than normal, and the zero-value detection device and the detection curve of the distributed voltage measurement device correspond to the same insulator zero-value position. In order to verify the accuracy of the test results, the field detection was applied to 66kV live lines in Liaoning Province. Three zero-value insulators and one deteriorated insulator were detected from 14 insulators, and the detection results were consistent with the manual measurement.
