Design and performance validation of aircraft turbine silencer products based on JCA (Johnson-Champoux-Allard) parameters
Considering the high-speed operation characteristics of aviation turbine cooler products, the radiated noise of the products is mainly medium and high frequency. In order to better control the radiated noise, this paper increases the pipeline silencer at the outlet of the turbine cooler product for noise suppression, and tests the JCA acoustic parameters of an aviation porous sound absorbing material. In addition, the CAE model of silencer is built based on JAC theory, and the model prediction is verified by CAE simulation analysis and silencer transmission loss test method, which is convenient for the later design and development of the same type of products.
