User Experience Analysis of the Moovit Application Using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and User Centered Design Method

Information technology continues to develop innovations in various fields, one of which is applied to support the public transportation sector. One form of innovation is Moovit which provides information facilities for public transportation routes. This study focuses on the analysis of the user experience of the Moovit application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) Method as data processing analysis and User Centered Design (UCD) as design development. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews with users of the Moovit application. The purpose of this study is to identify indicators of the user experience of the Moovit application and improve these indicators. After data processing was carried out, benchmark results were obtained with a value of 1.50 for Attractiveness (increased to above average), 1.46 for Perspicuity (increased to above average), 1.61 for Efficiency (increased to good), 1.48 for Dependability (increased to good), 1.47 for Stimulation (increased to good) and 1.44 for Novelty (increased to good).
