User Interface (UI) of Speech to Text Early Analysis Detection of Health Anxiety in People with Chronic Disease Based on Mobile Application
Every chronic disease has the potential to be fatal for the sufferer. Statistics show that cases of complications from various chronic diseases are higher in the elderly group, making them more susceptible to experiencing symptoms of recurrence. To reduce the risk of recurrence, the elderly require more routine care than other age groups. Thought patterns and anxiety are some of the most dominating factors in worsening the condition of the elderly. When patients are overwhelmed with anxiety, this not only causes additional stress but also resistance in the mind towards medical help. To ensure the effectiveness of medical treatment, the first thing that must be considered is the patient's mental condition. Therefore, this research aims to monitor the health anxiety condition of the elderly to minimize the risk of recurrence of chronic diseases by developing a special mobile application for the elderly to monitor anxiety levels in those with chronic diseases. The software development method uses Scrum, which was developed with JavaScript and Kotlin, and testing uses UAT and Black Box Testing. The research results were that Scrum was feasible to be implemented in this application by producing six sprints and developing within three months, and UAT concluded with a score of usability (80%), information reliability (81.4%), and interaction quality (80.5%). The average score is 80.65%, and with 100% of Black Box Testing, it means that the application states that the application supports user needs.
