User Experience Evaluation of E-Grocery Healthin Application Using the MeCUE Method
The rapid increase of internet usage in Indonesia has catalyzed a shift towards online shopping behavior, which created the e-grocery industry. Healthin, a start-up e-grocery business, offers an application-based platform for ordering ingredients kit and meal planning. This research is conducted to measure the clarity, efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction of the Healthin application using the MeCUE (Modular Evaluation of Key Components of User Experience) method. The MeCUE method is a comprehensive framework that's effective to assess various aspects of UX, including Usefulness, Usability, Visual Aesthetics, Status, Commitment, Positive and Negative Emotions, Intention to Use, and Product Loyalty. The data is collected through an online questionnaire made with Google Form, based on the Component User Experience (CUE) model. The findings indicate high scores in usability, commitment, positive emotions, visual aesthetics, and intention to use, culminating in an overall evaluation score of 4.1, which signifies high user satisfaction. The research concludes that the Healthin app presents a positive and satisfying user experience, giving it a high chance for success in the e-grocery market.
