Influence of fillers on adhesion properties of siloxane coatings on medical alloy Ti—23Nb—5Zr
he effect of fillers (sodium bicarbonate NaHCO3 and high-molecular chitosan) on the adhesive properties of a coating based on low-molecular rubber SKTN-A (siloxane) formed on a medical alloy Ti—23Nb—5Zr (at. %) has been studied. Sodium bicarbonate was introduced with subsequent removal to form a porous structure of the coating. During tear and shear tests, high adhesion strength of the coating made of unmodified siloxane was noted, exceeding the strength of the coating itself. Coatings formed, using NaHCO3 and high-molecular chitosan, peeled off under shear conditions and delaminated in tear tests.
