心肌纤维化是多种疾病的共同病理表现，其进展性的特点终将导致心衰乃至死亡等不良预后，目前其临床诊治仍然存在不足。中医药调治心肌纤维化具有整体调节、安全性高等优势，基于气血津液理论加强对心肌纤维化的认识，拓宽中医治疗心肌纤维化的思路。Myocardial fibrosis is a common pathological manifestation of various diseases, and its progressive nature will eventually lead to poor prognosis, such as heart failure and even death. Currently, there are still deficiencies in its clinical diagnosis and treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of overall regulation and high safety in treating myocardial fibrosis. Based on the theory of qi, blood, and body fluids, it strengthens the understanding of myocardial fibrosis and broadens the ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in treating myocardial fibrosis.
