Transformer-Based Theoretical Power Fitting Method for Photovoltaic Power Generation

Dust accumulation on photovoltaic modules is a key factor limiting the power generation efficiency of solar PV systems. The accuracy of theoretical power calculations directly affects the evaluation of dust loss. Traditional theoretical power formulas have certain limitations in expressing the deep nonlinear relationships between input and output, resulting in lower accuracy of the calculated theoretical power. To address this, this paper proposes a photovoltaic power generation theoretical power fitting method based on Transformer, which combines meteorological data to fit the power generation of cleaned PV panels daily. Experiments conducted under both overall and three distinct weather conditions show that, compared to traditional theoretical power formulas, the proposed method demonstrates superior performance, providing strong support for the intelligent operation and optimized scheduling of PV power generation systems.
