The article presents a small collection of antiquities from Kerch, which was donated to the Historical Museum in 1908 by Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna For many years, this collection, like many other former private collections, did not attract the attention of researchers. It included fairly ordinary monuments – fragments of redfigure vessels, amphora stamps, glass and clay vessels, beads and plaster moldings on the sarcophagus, and even a fragment of an inscription. In my opinion, these materials are interesting not only for historians of science and researchers of the formation of antiquarian activity in Russia, but also for archaeologists. Despite the fact that these objects have no context and are dated only by parallels or stylistically, the mass publication of such materials can greatly increase the source base of researchers of ancient material culture.
