Actuating dalam Manajemen Dakwah: Sebuah Kajian Tafsir Tematik
of Islamic da'wah management, a crucial stage in the implementation of da'wah strategies. By using qualitative method and thematic interpretation approach (Maudhu'i), this study analyzes the principles of actuating based on the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as its relevance to contemporary da'wah management. Primary data are Qur'anic verses related to the theme of actuating, while secondary data include books of tafsir, da'wah management books, and other relevant references. Data collection is done through literature study and documentation, with analysis using thematic interpretation method and content analysis. The research findings show that actuating in da'wah management has a strong foundation in the Qur'an and Hadith. The principles of actuating in Islam include tadriji (gradual), modeling/uswah (exemplary), balance, and clarity. The Qur'an emphasizes the importance of effective communication, motivation, and exemplary leadership in the process of actuating da'wah. This concept in Islam emphasizes a humanist, ethical, and development-oriented approach to individual and community potential. Based on these findings, it is recommended to develop an actuating model in da'wah management that integrates Islamic principles with modern management theory. Further research is needed to examine the practical implementation of Islamic actuating principles in contemporary da'wah organizations. Training and competency development of da'i in actuating aspects need to be improved for da'wah effectiveness. In addition, periodic evaluation of actuating methods used in da'wah organizations is important to ensure their relevance and effectiveness in the modern context.
