The key process of VOC control in tobacco production: Study on adsorption behavior of sugars
The odor problem in cigarette factories has long been a problem that has plagued the entire industry. At the source, the adsorption of sugar in the silk-making process easily produces VOC gases, which has a great impact on the generation of odor. This paper first studies the multi-scale microstructure of tobacco leaves and their surface hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. Furthermore, the effects of humidity, temperature and other factors on the absorption performance of the liquid are studied, providing effective technical support and guidance for odor treatment in the tobacco industry, reducing the generation of VOCs and reducing environmental pollution.
