Development and Deployment of Standards for CCUS

Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) is a crucial technology for mitigating climate change and achieving carbon neutrality goals. Based on a comprehensive technical analysis of CCUS, a standard framework for the CCUS has been established according to standardization theory and method. Develoment of CCUS standards is reviewed. Considering the technology readiness level of CCUS and industry application, deployment suggestions of CCUS standards is proposed.
