Coexistence of large positive and negative electrocaloric effects near room temperature in a Pb1−<i>x</i>(Li,La)<i>x</i>ZrO3/Ca3Mn2O7 heterojunction

The coexistence of positive and negative EC effects has been achieved in a PLLZ/CMO heterojunction near room temperature. At 303 K, a large positive Δ T of 33 K at 550 kV cm −1 and a large negative Δ T of −1.54 K at 140 kV cm −1 were obtained.
