Detection and data analysis of bearing cage perpendicularity of pressed slope surface generatrix
Abstract In this paper, the detection method of bearing cage perpendicularity of pressed slope surface generatrix is studied. The theory of the verticality of the slope prime line is analyzed, and a corresponding experimental detection system is designed. A laser displacement sensor is used to monitor the change of distance between the roller and the sensor in real-time to indirectly reflect the verticality of the slope prime line. In the experiment, the Noise Reduction technology and the detection curve extraction method based on the Parabola principle are adopted. Finally, the average value of the verticality of the pressure slope prime line and its error range are obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed detection method has an accuracy of micron level and an error of less than 0.1737°.
