Implementasi Design Sprint Pada Pengembangan Aplikasi E-Meterai
Digital transformation does not only occur in the world of work and business, but also in the administration sector such as the use of stamps. Stamps that are generally used in physical form can now be used with the help of digital technology called E-Stamps. E-Stamps are stamps in electronic format that have special characteristics and contain security elements issued by the government of the Republic of Indonesia. However, there are still several problems experienced by the Indonesian people in using E-Stamps such as not being able to be integrated with Microsoft Office, if there is an increase in users directly, E-Stamps will be difficult to access and often experience errors when using them. Based on the existing problems, the right problem solving, researchers will use the Design Sprint method. Based on the results of testing the E-Stamp website prototype with the Design Sprint method, the prototype that has been made has made many potential consumers interested in using E-Stamps in the trial carried out with 20 respondents. From the results of the trial, it was found that 15 out of 20 respondents wanted to use E-Stamps based on the solution made.
