PROBLEMS AND OBSTACLES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE

In the context of the current transformation processes of the national economy, the presented research focuses on a comprehensive analysis of integration processes in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, which determines the relevance of the chosen issue. The scientific research is aimed at an in-depth disclosure of systemic barriers that impede the effective consolidation of agricultural enterprises in the context of global economic challenges and European integration. The methodological design of the study is based on the use of a set of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge. In particular, the dialectical method was used to study the processes of development of integration structures, systemic and structural-functional analysis to identify barriers, as well as methods of expert assessments to form valid theoretical and methodological approaches. The key results of the research are a comprehensive identification and systematization of barriers to the development of integration processes in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the work is determined by an in-depth analysis of financial and economic constraints as a systemic factor in the transformation of the industry. A fundamentally important scientific contribution is the disclosure of the interrelationships between different groups of obstacles and the justification of the need to develop flexible, inclusive integration models. It has been established that the dominance of powerful agricultural holdings occurs against the background of a significant number of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises that have critical difficulties in adapting to modern market conditions. The practical value of the study lies in the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for overcoming the identified barriers. The scientific results are relevant for public authorities, local governments, managers of agricultural enterprises and researchers in the field of agricultural economics. The developed recommendations can be used in formulating strategies for the development of the agricultural sector, improving the regulatory framework and introducing innovative approaches to the consolidation of agricultural enterprises.
