The results of studies in the field carrying out up to the second vaccine were 3,111 people or 52.06%, while those who did not carry out the vaccine at all were 2,864 people or 47.94%.Methods: Using a correlational research design with a cross sectional approach. This study used a sample of 98 people with accidental sampling. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test. Results: 70 people (71.4%) had positive community perceptions, 69 people (70.4%) received information in the supportive category, 69 people (70.4%) had more ability to program in the more 70% category. and there is a relationship between the information obtained and the achievements of the Covid 19 vaccination program, with p = 0.000, α = 0.05, the correlation coefficient is positive, with a value = 0.755 or the category of strong relationship.Discussion: Negative perceptions about COVID-19 vaccination in the community, wrong sources of information raise fears of possible side effects, doubts and concerns regarding the safety and efficacy of vaccines cause a person to hesitate in receiving vaccinations. This can occur due to lack of awareness from some communities
