Evaluation of Energy Saving Effect of Air-Conditioning in NEVs and Impact on CAFC Credits

New energy vehicles (NEV s), as an important technological route for the replacement of traditional fuel vehicles and energy saving and carbon reduction of automotive industry, have been developing rapidly around the world in recent years, and it is necessary to manage the electricity consumption of new energy vehicles to promote the realization of the national dual-carbon goal. During the actual operation of the car, the use of automobile air conditioning has a greater impact on the energy consumption of the vehicle. An energy-saving effect evaluation program for the air conditioning system of battery electric vehicles is established, and the off-cycle technological preferences that can be declared for battery electric models and their impact on the average fuel consumption credits of enterprises is measured. The energy-saving effect evaluation program mainly focuses on the low-temperature working environment, by measuring the energy consumption and mileage when the air conditioner is turned off at room temperature and turned on at low temperature, and comparing it with the fleet average, and then calculate the energy savings of the air conditioner of battery electric vehicles. This study provides a scientific basis for the development of new energy vehicle air conditioning energy-saving technology and policy formulation, and is of great significance in promoting the green development of the new energy vehicle industry.
