Direct Torque Control of Dual Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Deadbeat
By combining the advantages of the deadbeat control strategy and direct torque control (DTC), a new control strategy for dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors (DTP-PMSM) is proposed. Based on the mathematical model of the DTP-PMSM, the stator flux and rotor flux are used as state variables, and the motor's angular velocity is sampled to construct an extended state observer (ESO) in the stator magnetic field coordinate system. Simulation experiments were conducted based on the theoretical framework. The simulation results show that the system's torque and flux dynamic response are faster under the no-dead-time switching direct torque control strategy. Compared to traditional DTC methods for DTP-PMSM, the proposed approach significantly reduces flux and torque ripples, improves system robustness, and demonstrates excellent control performance.
