Research on the Application of Intelligent Sensors in Temperature Monitoring and Prediction in New Energy Storage Power Systems

With the increasing global energy demand and the prominence of environmental issues, energy storage technology has gained significant attention in power system applications. This paper explores the application of intelligent sensors for temperature monitoring and prediction in new energy storage systems. Through a comprehensive literature review, intelligent sensors were summarized and categorized, with a focus on thermocouple-based temperature sensors. Calibration experiments on J-type, E-type, and K-type spring-loaded thermocouples were conducted, yielding Seebeck coefficients of 0.0535 mVI 0 C, 0.08129 mVI 0 C, and 0.0399 mVI 0 C, respectively, which verified their temperature measurement performance and reliability. The experimental results demonstrate that selecting appropriate intelligent sensors enables precise temperature monitoring and prediction in energy storage systems, thereby improving system operational efficiency and stability.
