An Efficient Image Classification Technique Using Transfer Learning Mechanism in the Context of Tumor Detection

Nowadays, Chronic Diseases (CDs) are accountable for a major part of global health. The issues regarding the Brain Tumor disease are very much alarming in the current scenario. An early detection of this disease can save the life of a patient. Machine learning based techniques on the clinical and demographic datasets play a vital role in this work. In the proposed work, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based approach has been implemented to predict the chances of being cancer in case of a brain tumor. In this experiment, a data set has been collected from Kaggle containing 3264 images. The proposed model produced an accuracy above 95% in the test phase.
