Research on Heating Terminal and Operation Regulation Strategy of Air Source Heat Pump in Rural Areas

Air source heat pumps have gained widespread adoption as an efficient and environmentally friendly heating solution in rural areas of northern China. However, challenges such as poor insulation in rural buildings, significant fluctuations in user demand, and a lack of coordination in heating systems make it difficult for traditional heating regulation strategies to ensure efficient operation. Based on field testing, this study compares and analyzes the comfort levels provided by two heating terminal types: radiators and fan coils. By considering variations in outdoor air temperature, the research explores the application of combined quantity regulation and quality regulation to achieve dynamic control of the heating system. The findings indicate that fan coils are better suited for rural areas due to their simple and user-friendly volume adjustment, which enhances heating comfort and economic efficiency.
