The Transformative Power of Artificial Intelligence in the Future of Human Resource Management

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping all industries, Human Resources (HRM) not being an exception. The paper highlights the scope of AI to effect consequential changes within HRM, scanning through various HRM domains like recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training. Using the outcomes of an extensive literature review and data-driven analysis, the study highlights how AI-driven tools can significantly optimize the HR processes, carry out informed decision-making units, and create an improved workplace experience. The results highlight that AI can automate HR practice that in turn reduces the time and cost of HR functions, tailors the employees' experience, and helps to formulate HR strategy. However, the integration of AI in HRM also presents challenges such as ethical concerns, privacy problems, and the necessity of ongoing learning and adapting. Authors conclude by suggesting managerial recommendations for HR practitioners to maximize their use of AI while overcoming these hurdles, towards a responsible and human-relevant HRM
