Irreversible Electroporation Immunotherapy In article number 2409381, Min Zhou, Zhe Tang, and co‐workers present a microalgae‐based drug delivery system, showcasing the oral administration of engineered microalgae carrying immunomodulators for liver cancer treatment. In synergy with irreversible electroporation technology, it activates systemic anti‐tumor immunity. Through innovative collaboration between biomaterials and physiotherapy, it breaks through the limitations of traditional treatments and provides a new paradigm for precise immunotherapy of liver cancer.
