Theoretical and methodological aspects of working with a creative source for the formation of artistic and graphic skills among students of the 54.03.01 Design training area

The purpose of the study is to reveal the theoretical and methodological aspects of working with a creative source for the development of creative thinking among students of the 54.03.01 Design training course and the formation of artistic and graphic skills in the process of creating design objects. The study substantiates the importance of well-structured interdisciplinary relationships aimed at the personal and intellectual growth of students, the development of their creative thinking, which allows them to generate new and creative solutions based on analogues from various areas of the tangible and intangible world. Creative thinking is a process in a person's mind to form a mental image of a perceived object, create an intellectually new original product through the ability to see an object from a different perspective, notice its hidden sides, discover new uses, and expand its functional application in practice. Creative thinking allows you to generate fundamentally new solutions, ideas, discoveries, algorithms through imaginative, sensory, non-standard mental connections and concepts. The article systematizes the main sources used in the creative activity of designers. The key teaching methods of work, both traditional and modern trends based on the diffusion of features of creative sources, are considered. Practical examples of the implementation of the idea within the framework of the given topic are given. The scientific novelty of the research consists in rethinking a high-quality, creative approach to training future specialists in the field of design based on the method of associations, comparisons and transformations, learning to search for new conceptual ideas using a creative source, forming an individual stylistic language and forms of graphic implementation of design projects. The research results, formulated on the basis of an analysis of the graphic implementation of creative tasks performed by design students using different creative sources, make it possible to substantiate the relevance of the chosen topic, since the acquired knowledge and skills will contribute to creative growth and successful professional realization.
